Happy Days...I just wanted to share with you these little delights that came out of my oven this morning. I have just started a new cookbook review and this is the first recipe I've tested. The cookbook in question is the Flying Apron's Gluten-Free & Vegan Baking Book
by Jennifer Katzinger. I had to put my foot down to stop My Love 'testing' them as soon as they came out of the oven. lol. I shall be sharing them out with a few of my testers this weekend for their feedback. And I shall write the review in full at a later date. I just wanted to share a little happiness for now...
